June 6, 2013 Travel Day
Today was a travel day. I left home at 5:30am to catch the 5:55an local train into Madrid. then a quick Metro (subway) ride to the bus station.
Then starting at 8:00am I had the first of three bus rides taking me to a small town in France called St Jean Pied de Port, the start of the Camino de Santiago.
For some reason each bus ride got progressively worse. The last one most of all racing through the curvy Pyrennes Mountains. It took the rest of the day for my stomach to stop jittering!
